In applications, select the app you would like to work on
On your app dashboard, select “main menu.” When the page open, you may notice that there is no available data. Click on "Add menu item" to add a new item to the menu. You will then be presented with two options: "Parent Menu Item" or "Menu Item."
The parent menu is the main menu, while the menu is the sub-menu. Before creating a menu item, determine where you want to place it on the parent menu or menu. It is not possible to add a menu item to the parent menu if you have not yet created a parent menu item.
If you choose "Parent Menu Item," you will need to give the item a title. If you have not yet created a widget for this particular parent menu item, select "Add Widget" or choose an option from the drop-down menu.
To add a widget, click "Add Widget" and select a file item. Then, link the widget to a file hosted on an external platform and click "Save."
Now that you have created a Parent Menu item, you can link a menu item to it. Select "Add menu item" on the main menu landing page, and this time, choose "Menu Item." In the parent menu drop-down, select the parent menu under which you would like to link this menu. Give your sub-menu or menu item a title and choose a custom or preloaded icon from the system. If you choose a custom icon, you will need to upload it in "Media." Finally, choose an existing widget or add a new widget to your selection.
Continue adding your Parent Menu Items and Main Menu Items.
After adding your menu item, press "Save." When you return to your main menu homescreen, you will see your menu items, including your parent menu and sub-menus. Use the up and down arrows on the right-hand side of the screen to navigate and switch your menus.
